Born From a Love of
This Continent
In 2009, James Kamau left a career in finance to do what he'd always known he was meant to do — share East Africa with the world. Starting with a single Land Cruiser and a notebook full of bush camp contacts, he led his first group through the Serengeti on the eve of the Great Migration.
Word spread. The guests came back. They brought their families. And slowly, Safari Haus grew into the team it is today — a tight group of guides, naturalists, and logistics experts, all East African, all passionate, and all obsessed with one thing: the perfect journey.
We are not a call centre. Every itinerary is handcrafted by someone who has stood on that summit, slept in that camp, and watched that sunrise. We know because we were there.
